Crazy Woman Creek Cabin

We spent several days of our Wyoming vacation at Crazy Woman Creek Cabin in Buffalo.  Here are many pictures of all of the fun Phineas had while we were there:

Here are a couple of pictures of Phineas being silly with Juno and riding his bike in the house while he waited for dinner.  He has fun!

Inside on a cold day

It was cold outside today - a high of about 15 degrees - so Phineas hunkered down in his playroom and had fun with his Lego collection.  When he plays he starts singing.  Since it's Christmas time, he's been singing a lot of Christmas songs lately!

Last weekend Phineas (with our help) made a sign proclaiming that both "Girls and Boys" could come in his play room (also known as the car mat room or the Lego room).  He was quite happy about it.  Unfortunately for Juno, dogs are still not allowed.

Mini Golf!

We took Phineas mini golfing for the first time recently.  Once he got the hang of it he really had fun.  This particular course had a number of water elements flowing through it and Phineas liked that - his favorite hole was one where you hit the ball into a river and after floating down a few feet the ball came out near the hole!

Cousin Sam and Anne's Wedding

Last weekend we went to Phineas's second cousin Sam's wedding in Delaware.  Here are some pictures from the wedding and reception, which mostly turned out to be good pictures of Phin and Mom!  There is also a picture of Phineas enjoying the wedding cake and playing frisbee with his other cousins.

 We took the tee ball set outside the other day and Phineas (or Big Papi, as he likes to be called!) hit some balls to dad.  He hit some solid line drives and one even went into the neighbors yard!  He loved it.

Sometimes Phineas likes to play in a little tent he makes out of chairs and blankets.  He gets pretty excited and makes up all kinds of stories.  Here he is smiling and pointing.

Bug Light

Two weeks ago Aunt Julie made a surprise visit to Portland and Phineas and Dad went down to hang out with her and Jon.  After a trip to Willard Scoops for some delicious ice cream we went to Bug Light Park where we looked at the kites flying, watched boats, and ran around in the grass.

Visit to the Coastal Children's Museum

During April vacation Phineas visited the Coastal Children's Museum in Rockland with Grammie Friend and Mom.  The three had great fun playing all the different activities, from the boat to the construction site.  Here are some pictures:

Outside Fun!

Now that the weather is getting better we've been going outside a lot more.  Phineas and Juno like to run around the house, dig up rocks, and chase balls and sticks.  Phin's neighbor even gave him a new wheel barrow for scooping up yard debris and rocks!

Sandbox!

Phineas loves digging in dirt and he seems to find dirt to dig in wherever we are.  Even when there really isn't a place for him to dig.  So to solve that we made a sandbox for him to play in this summer.  Phineas was very excited to help build it, and he did, and then once it was done he immediately started playing.  He likes it!
